FLEX Football does not create or maintain a user account. Your team profile and saved games are stored locally on your device. There is no account to delete.

Local gameplay information

The game stores your team name and colors, saved and finished games, and a locally generated identifier used to organize those games. Gameplay does not send this information to SAZZYAPP LLC. There is no account-based cloud recovery or synchronization service. In the browser preview, games run in memory and progress is not saved across refreshes or closed tabs.

Diagnostics

If an error occurs, the app can record a technical note locally. You can read and clear the error log in Settings. Logs are not sent to us automatically; only share them if you choose to.

Support and the website

The support link opens an external website. Visiting the website or choosing to contact us involves separate processing of web requests, your message and your reply address. See our website and support privacy notice. Local game data is not automatically attached to a support request.

Data removal

Local game data is separate from support correspondence. Removing app or browser data can erase your progress. Contact us if you need guidance before removing data. For a request about information you sent to support, email support@sazzyapp.com.
